Return & Exchange Policy

At Sister Fabric Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch; however, if you still face an issue, our return & exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Sale or discounted items.

Products damaged due to customer handling.

Color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

Customized or stitched items (if applicable).

Return & Exchange Process

Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images/video of the issue.

Once the exchange is approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with either:

Exchange, or

Store credit / replacement (as per availability) will be given to the customer.
